Abstract
A 30 years old patient was admitted to emergency eight times in one month for palpitations and atypical chest pain. He was the subject of many investigations. One typical feature of type I Brugada could ultimately be registered in a recurrence of symptoms. It is clearly the repetition of electrocardiograms that allowed this diagnosis.
